ContextLoop is a collaborative document platform that provides:

  • Markdown-based document creation and editing
  • Project workspaces for organizing documents and context
  • AI-powered document assistance and chat features
  • Team collaboration with comments, mentions, and shared access
  • Version history and document tracking
  • Integration with external tools via MCP (Model Context Protocol)

3. User Accounts

Account Creation

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content

ContextLoop and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ContextLoop and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of our platform without permission.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service includes AI-powered features that generate suggestions, edits, and responses. Please note:

  • AI-generated content is provided "as is" without guarantees of accuracy or completeness
  • You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI suggestions before use
  • AI outputs may occasionally contain errors, biases, or inaccuracies
  • You should not rely solely on AI-generated content for critical decisions
  • AI-generated edits are clearly marked and require your approval before application

We are not liable for any damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated content.

7. Privacy

8. Termination

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content, including AI-generated content.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CONTEXTLOOP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ContextLoop and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
